Women’s Bible Study
One in a Million - Journey to Your Promised Land
Priscilla Shirer is a Bible teacher whose ministry is focused on the expository teaching of the Word of God to women.
She is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary with a Master's degree in Biblical Studies. She is the daughter of pastor,
speaker and well-known author Dr. Tony Evans.
In this seven session indepth scriptual study women will be empowered to know why they should believe in God's promise,
and participants will be encouraged to overcome their discouragement as they gain support and accountability from other
women on the same journey.
Meetings are every other Thursday at Pam Haskell's home in Dunes West at 7 p.m. Enjoy a brief social time together
with coffee, tea and a treat to eat allowing time for all to arrive. Bible study begins with prayer and sharing
of our previous weeks work on the Bible study. We then watch the Priscilla Shirer's video lesson and follow
along in our workbook. Please prayerfully plan to attend. We understand that in our busy lives we don't always
have time to do our Bible study, but don't let that stop you from coming. Time together and the inspirational
words of Priscilla Shirer is a time well spent. We look forward to your coming.

Men's Bible Study
Calling all PHUMC men. Please join us for our early morning Bible study. We will meet at "Perk Up" coffee shop to
discuss topics relevant to our lives and our upcoming worship service themes. Our meetings will start and end on time
to allow participants the opportunity to participate and get to work on time. We will meet at Perk Up coffee shop located in the
same complex as CVS and NYPD Pizza at the intersection of Hwy 41 and Hwy 17.
NOTE: Men's Bible Study will be on summer break until Friday, August 13.
